  • Psychological Counselling

    Counselling is an opportunity to hold space for you as person & allows for self- reflection and growth in various areas of your life.

    Counselling incorporates a variety of therapies or modalities that are grounded in the latest neurobiological research and aim to work holistically the whole person to work with your mind, thoughts, emotions, body sensations and spirit.

    Given the individual nature of presenting issues, needs or goals it can be difficult to predict or guarantee any specific outcomes related to psychological counselling. A number of factors such as your relationship with your therapist, your readiness and your willingness to address your goals will also influence what your counselling experience is like.

  • EMDR

    Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) views that our experiences become memories, and these memories underpin certain cognitions, emotions or body sensations.

    EMDR has been shown to successfully integrate thoughts, emotions and body sensations often associated with experiences or memories you may find challenging or confronting.

    EMDR takes you through a series of preparation steps before you commence bilateral stimulation & integrating your selected memories.

  • Body Psychotherapy

    Body Psychotherapy (somatic psychotherapy) is an integrated physical, emotional, mental and spiritual approach to emotional and physical wellbeing.

    The body is an integral part to our experiences and is becoming an integral piece in therapeutic spaces, as demonstrated through prior work of many professionals.

    Working with our bodies helps with resetting our nervous systems and helping the body process sensations it may be storing from stress or trauma.

  • Psychometric Assessment

    Psychometric assessments can be completed for the purposes of diagnostic assessment and treatment planning for adults.

    Our service has experience in completing cognitive, memory and functional assessments.

  • Clinical Supervision

    Clinical Supervision is available for Psychologist’s moving through their registration pathway.

    Primary and secondary supervision is available through a board approved supervisor.

    Clinical Supervision is also available to other health professionals who may be working with cases that require professional consultation or professionals who require sporadic supervision when working in their own clinical practice.

  • Home Visits

    We understand that visiting a clinic or accessing support through Telehealth, isn’t suitable for everyone.

    We offer home visits by negotiation for post natal periods of care and people moving through end of life.
